By creating an account, accessing, or using Preptrova, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Nature of Service & Account Responsibilities

Preptrova provides artificial intelligence-powered lesson preparation, curriculum mapping, and presentation generation tools for educators. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their accounts.

3. Intellectual Property & User Content

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in the educational content, curriculum materials, and lesson plans that you create and input into Preptrova. Preptrova does not claim ownership over your lesson plans.

4. Google API & Third-Party Integrations

When connecting Google Accounts or exporting files to Google Slides or Google Docs, you agree to authorize Preptrova to access only the minimal required scopes. Preptrova adheres strictly to Google API Services User Data Policy.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions and payments are processed through secure payment gateways (including PayPal). Plan details, usage quotas, and pricing are clearly displayed on our Pricing page.

6. Termination & Deletion

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abusive or illegal behavior.
